Pre-Rental
With the Elite Level, all of the Pre-Rental tasks can be completed by Go4Rent.
- Listing Agreement: Included with the Elite Level, Go4Rent will write the Listing Agreement to your specifications, send it to you for review, and then send it out for signatures along with all required Addendums. Click here to get started.
- MLS Data Entry: The TC will enter the listing’s information under your MLS user ID. You can view and edit the listing once the data is entered. It is the Listing Realtor’s responsibility to push the listing live on the MLS. Go4Rent can act as the point of contact when filtering questions from the Showing Realtors. Rental leads will be directed to the Listing Realtor.
- Photos will be taken of the home and uploaded into the MLS within 2 business days. We will take as many photos as necessary to convey the best marketing features of the home within the MLS maximum allowed photos. Photos are included with the Elite and Deluxe Listing Levels.
The Pre-Rental phase is only included as an Elite Level feature and is a FREE service for Realtors who use Go4Rent to process their lease applications. The fee is paid by the approved tenant and is per lease agreement.
